Hi, Philippa, Just looked looked up my name on the internet (bored, I suppose!) and found your blog! (Hope you don't mind my commenting?) There aren't too many Philippas here in the U.S! How interesting that you are a Gemini and love art. I am an artist and a Libra. I've worked primarily with graphics, watercolour and ceramics.
I really like the artwork you displayed on your blog - very nice! Seeing what other people do really inspires me. I'm currently working part time in a friend's flower shop, "arranging" :-). It's fun for now, but I am anxious to get back to painting pottery and getting my kiln fired up! (Don't have a web site at the moment, I'm afraid...)
I live in the U.S. - a transplant from the island of Jersey, UK. Having two kids myself (both teenagers now), I know how hard it must be for you to go through this illness with your daughter. Although that is rather a trial, at least you know what you are dealing with. I wish you all the very best with her treatment.
Hope you have a nice weekend, and a happy Easter. (Are you able to find Easter eggs without gluten?)Feel free to email me if you like; I shall try to get some of my work online again soon.
All the best, Philippa Van Diver, Orange Co., California. philippav@hotmail.com
